I haven't really been doing much on DA, but I'm going to try to fix that. I've taken up a new hobby (or rather just spending more time with an old one). I take pictures and then edit them. Simple and fun. I think my skill's improved since I started. Or at least I'm more knowledgeable than before.

Also trying out that prints aspect. I figure what's the harm in putting it there, right?

So it's the middle of summer and I have class starting in the week after next. Geology class, so that should be interesting. I don't think I have anything else really to say at the moment. But hey, if I do, that's what the next journal is for.

Hm, I haven't really updated in a while... sorry about that (for anyone who is actually interested in what goes on with me)! I've been writing on and off since summer began, though nothing was really finished, sadly. I think the whole "I work better under pressure" still applies to me. Having other work to do encourages me to write. I'll try to get a few short stories done before classes start again though! Art-wise... I don't think I'll have anything up for a while (unless it's a photograph). I haven't really had any inspiration for pieces, so it's halted on that front. Maybe around the holidays I'll come up with something... maybe, haha.

In other news, I've been playing around on Pottermore. It's fun making potions even if it's so tedious and time-consuming! I don't mind though. The time that it takes for them to brew I spend doing whatever else I feel like doing. Multitasking. It's wonderful. Oh, and I am a proud Ravenclaw. Suits me perfectly, I'd say.

Well, the big project that I mentioned in my last journal is finished. It is a very good feeling of accomplishment too. I mean, I think I'm entitled to it since I put near or about 14 hours of work into it. Of course, just about anyone who puts that much effort into something deserves that as well. But I'm babbling... rambling... whatever.

Anyway, I'm working on a new project now. It's not as big, but it's also going to be a photomanipulation. There will be rabbits, cats, and maybe even hats. Okay, the cats and the rabbits are for the asian new year coming up this weekend, but the hat was entirely because it rhymed. Hopefully I'll be able to finish this one before this weekend.

I haven't updated in a while... I'm not so good with keeping up with any sort of journal apparently. Anyhow, if you haven't already noticed... I've been working on a project for my psychology class. I have to do something in my life that I hadn't done or done as much before for an amount of time. I chose to work on my graphic design as it wasn't something that I've really been paying attention to lately. So far, it's turned out to be a pretty fun project and I created some neat things out of it. I'm working on a big one right now, hence the lack of uploads.

It's a photomanipulation, that's all I'll say. Oh, and if by big one wasn't obvious... this one has already taken over five hours of time, and is still ongoing. I'm excited.

I also want to work on my photography, so eventually expect some pictures up on here.

That's all really. Just wanted to give a little notice on how things are going for me.

Well now, it's been a while since my last journal entry hasn't it? I've been busy with college though, so hey, I have my excuse. [grins] Still utterly busy at the moment though, and it's just going to get worse...

I have a few papers due next month... and to add to that, I'm also doing NaNoWriMo again. Oh what fun that will be... honestly, fun yes. But, two papers and NaNo? I'm going to be buried under words words words! Oh well, I'll make it.

I'll have a few excerpts from my story when I have it, but for now I'll leave you with what it's about. It's based off of the Norwegian folk tale: East of the Sun and West of the Moon. It might go under a different title, but that's what it's known as. I'm writing a retelling of it, except in modern time. It's also going to be changed slightly too, but the basics will be the same.
